STRAUSS is a family-owned company. As part of our risk-based due diligence processes, we consider human rights and environmental risks throughout our value chain and take action where necessary.
Together with our employees, suppliers and partners, we work every day to strengthen human rights through fair business practices and good working and living conditions. On this basis, we have prepared this Policy Statement for all companies within the STRAUSS Group. It complements existing corporate principles, which are reflected, among other things, in our own Code of Conduct and in the STRAUSS Supplier Code of Conduct, which applies to our suppliers.
