GLOBAL PRODUCTION

We manufacture our products in more than 25 countries across Asia, Africa, Europe and North America. In 2025, over 90 percent of our products were manufactured by partner facilities in Asia, particularly in Bangladesh, China, Vietnam and Laos. Bangladesh is our most important production location, and a key focus of our commitment. We have worked with selected facilities there for many years and are committed to fair working conditions and education.

Our decision to manufacture predominantly in Asia is based on the specialized expertise and advanced technologies of our partner facilities in the region. This expertise and the available infrastructure are essential to meeting our high-quality standards.

As part of our risk-based human rights due diligence processes, we assess human and labor rights in both existing and potential new sourcing countries. We take these findings into account when evaluating the risks and opportunities associated with production in the respective country. Our production partners are committed to our sustainability program, and together we work to improve social and environmental standards throughout our supply chain.

Regardless of the production location, long-term, trust-based collaboration with our partner facilities is important to us. We have maintained longstanding relationships with many of our business partners. We have worked with around three quarters of our more than 100 facilities for ten years or longer. Some of these partnerships have even spanned more than 20 years.

We are convinced that collaborative, long-term production relationships provide the foundation for advancing fair working conditions, improvements in environmental and energy management at production facilities, and the joint development of products and quality requirements.
