We have been a member of Fair Wear Foundation since 2016. This independent non-profit organization works with companies and production facilities to improve working conditions in the textile industry. Its activities include training programs at our partner facilities and the operation of a worker complaint helpline for employees in production areas.
Through knowledge sharing and stakeholder dialogue, Fair Wear supports the work of its member companies. This multi-stakeholder initiative is supported by business associations, trade unions and non-governmental organisations.
In the 2025 Brand Performance Check, we achieved Fair Wear’s Leader status — the organisation’s highest rating — for the second consecutive year, with a score of 164 out of a possible 208 points. As part of its annual Brand Performance Check, Fair Wear assesses the extent to which member companies implement fair working conditions at their production partners and throughout their supply chains.
